Pop star Ellie Goulding took a snap against a beach backdrop to send love to her followers and fans,who hav been there for her after she had confessed about her ‘crippling anxiety’ struggles.
The 34 year old mom, who gave birth to her beloved son nine months ago, took to Instagram yesterday to share a stunning snapshot as the sun was about to set, adding a caption to her post: “Sending love.” Also adding a love heart and sunshine emoji.”
In the snapshots selfie stick she posted, she was seen looking relaxed and putting on a white square necked blouse paired with a glowing gold pendant and chain.
The popular female singer has been overwhelmed with the support her fans have shown towards her, since she made her emotions known in a new year message saying “She felt something was broken inside.”
She expressed how last year has been one of her best years after becoming a mom, releasing one of her books and also opportuned to perform for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, but made it known that she’s struggling with a “kind of panic I didn’t even know really existed”.
She wrote on her Instagram page: “While the moments of being on a stage in front of all of you have been some of the most exhilarating and calming moments, although this I have been struggling.”
She went further to explain how her anxiety and troubles have dictated many parts of her life and career, but also added that the struggles made her ‘who she is today’.”
Trying to show empathy with her fans she added: “I know so many of you reading this feel this same pain and at the same time so many of you won’t have experienced it, but will most likely know someone who has struggled.”
“She also urged fans, friends and followers to always communicate with those around them, adding she was looking for a bright and positive year.”
Many of her friends and fans were quick to react to her posts, with majority wishing her well, leaving sweet heart emojis and praising her for being true and honest.”
One commented: “Oh my god, you’ll shine, you’re light, you’re amazing. I love you Ellie.”
While one also added a comment, repeating her lyrics: “Love you so much, Ellie!! And you’re the night you’re the light, you’re the colour of my eyes!”
